AI コーディングツールの普及により、コードを「書く」速度は劇的に向上しました。しかし、書いたコードを「届ける」速度は追いついていません。

CircleCI が 2,800 万ワークフローを分析した 2026 State of Software Delivery Report では、開発スループットが前年比 59% 増加する一方、本番ブランチの成功率は 70.8% と過去5年で最低を記録。**AI で開発は加速したのに、リリースはむしろ難しくなっている**という現実が浮き彫りになりました。

AWS が提唱する AI-DLC（AI-Driven Development Lifecycle）は、AI を中心に据えた新しい開発方法論です。しかし、この方法論が描く高速な開発サイクルを支えるには、**「届け方」の再設計**が不可欠です。
